Growth Navigation Pros, LLC owns and manages the RealtyLeadPilot.com website and is the company providing the services described in these terms. References to “we,” “us,” or “our” mean Growth Navigation Pros, LLC.
Through Realty Lead Pilot, we provide marketing systems for real estate professionals and businesses, including lead follow-up automation, appointment scheduling, and reputation support. By using this website or our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Services
We build and manage marketing systems as described in your selected plan. Scope, channels, and deliverables are agreed before setup. Plans are billed monthly or annually as shown in your order or service agreement. Setup fees, where applicable, are due before work begins. Any signed service agreement controls if it conflicts with these terms.
2. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate business information, respond to reasonable requests during setup, and use our systems in compliance with applicable laws, including laws governing marketing communications. You are responsible for obtaining the permissions and consents required to contact your leads and customers.
3. SMS / text messaging terms
If you provide your phone number and affirmatively opt in through our website forms or another approved method, you agree to receive text messages from Growth Navigation Pros, LLC, the operator of Realty Lead Pilot, for the purposes disclosed when you opt in. These may include responses to your inquiry, appointment confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, and service updates. Promotional messages will be sent only when you have provided the required consent for those messages. Providing a phone number alone does not constitute consent to marketing text messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. 4. Cancellation
You may cancel your monthly plan at any time by contacting us using the details below. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Annual plans are non-refundable after the first 30 days except as required by law. Any refund rights during the first 30 days, and the treatment of setup fees, are specified in your order or service agreement.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse our systems, including sending unlawful, harassing, or deceptive communications, or using purchased or rented contact lists in connection with our services.
6. Limitation of liability
Our services are provided “as is,” except as expressly stated in a signed service agreement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to us for the services in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability or rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated terms on this page with a revised date and provide any notice required by law. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance, to the extent permitted by law.
